We are talking about designers... but, the site structure does not allow designers to share their entire imagination :) The navigation is not bad, for such a big site I can say it's excellent. We can see a tableless almost valid website and the errors are small.
I hate the in-page JavaScript or CSS but sometimes it's necessary for a developer. Useful... I need it and I learn about it but, it's known especially by developers. No description or keywords. No browsers problems. The big-size content is optimized but sometimes we have to wait for some media or some menus.
