Simple design, nothing impressive... simple and without problems. It's just a search engine and I don't have nothing to say about it's navigation mode. You have everything you need in the page.
Nope... no standards but is trying to be a tableless... with tables :) The code is not bad but we can see some nasty elements there [JavaScript in page and others].
Utility: Yeah... I use it too! In my opinion, it's a good security model for all of us. No meta, no headings, nothing to make it SEO-friendly. In fact, it's an internet-celebrity... it doesn't need SEO :) I didn't see no problems for browsers. Simple and... without losing time.
