The design is simple and has a nice way to let you see important things. The artistic part is missing... The navigation is great but without the search engine we couldn't find nothing. For W3C standards, on the first page, I can see some invalid IDs but, it's a good tableless site - it isn't Strict but it is almost valid.
No comment for the code... great job there. We have no doubt about utility... every PHP developer made a visit. They tell us about security... If you can see something we can judge and hang them. I cannot see meta-tags here but the rest is OK. No problems for browsers, in my opinion. A good loading time is made by the simple design.
